CLST was arriving at Tokyo, Japan. Star came out in excitement, because of all the animes and the Glitter Force is opening their act. "I can't wait for the Sugar Rush games!" Star shouted, "And to meet the Glitter Force!"
"Take it easy, Star" Lilo shouted, "We're going to meet them at the movie for Journey to The West."
"Plus we need to find Mrs. Nomin and the Japanese Peculiars" Cho recalled.
It wasn't that long ago, that Lilo and her friends were invited to a fake karate competition. Miss. Miyamoto was planning revenge of the Pai Zhuq Academy, by making robotic ninjas. Not long after that, her old friend Betty Ann met Woohp agent Lee Ping to rescue his older brother, "The Serpent" who had a thing for Kiki.
On their way, they saw Stitch eating off a sushi platter. "Hey you blue koala" shouted the sushi chef, "You eat it you bought it!"
Rey couldn't let Stitch get exposed as an alien, so she used her force powers to let him eat it for free. Then Stitch grabed the plate and ate them all. "That silly Stitch" giggled Lilo
At a movie theater, they saw Emily, Kelsey, Lily, April, and Chloe. "Lilo" they shouted,
"And this is the main act for our concert tomorrow night, "CLST" Chloe smiled.
"Cho!" Cho greeted
"Lec!" Lec greeted
"Sunny" Sunny smiled

Emily was thrilled to meet her new rocker friends. Inside the theater, Stitch found a mysterious book in Emily's bag. Emily explained that years ago, she found a strange book with some pages missing, promising that one day write the ending herself. "Since you guys are in town" "I thought that getting ideas from a CLST concert would give her ideas."
During the movie, a mysterious girl named, "Nico" cames up and pops out of the screen. The audience thought it was special effects until two creatures from Journey to the West came out. In horror, the humans left while The Celestian Alliance transforms into their apparel.
