Disclaimer: Vampire Diaries (TV show) and its characters aren't mine. I only write fan fiction for fun and entertainment.
A/N: The Ben part, is more or less my attempt to think about a semi-romantic way of his confession to Bonnie... Maybe I'll write an AU one day... lol. Anyway. This is a little Bonnie drabble.

In a perfect world she wouldn't have to deal with witches, vampires and magic. Her worst problem would be the question what she would do after school ends and the most urgent one would be how to get rid of the pimple that just formed on her forehead.

In a perfect world, she and Ben would have gotten together after some dating. He would have confessed his undying love for her while he was drunk; because he wouldn't have the courage otherwise.

In a perfect world Grams would be a home-economics teacher. Her house would always smell of cinnamon and other spices and the oven would be the place that Grams hides her home-made cookies from her and her dad.

But her life isn't perfect. She is a witch. There are vampires running around, ruining everything she ever loved. Ben isn't her boyfriend, he is just another vampire wanting to take advantage of her. And her Grams' is really a real witch disguising as a false one, and from today on dead. Also because of said vampires.

A perfect world doesn't exist. It probably never has. She knows that now.
