10 years later!
Hey guys, what up? Anyways it has been 10 years since the world broke in 2 and almost everyone on the earth has died leaving me, the flock, and the other mutants to live, the only humans being my sister and my mom. The water has gone down a great amount from evaporation (at lest that is what my mom said).
All of us have worked together to bring back the village and have even found some healthy seeds to replant trees for us. The village has come a long way, we have built at lest fifty houses for our saviors and still are building along with keeping a close eye out for any other saviors who have come wandering we have had at lest fifteen 'enhanced' people find us and join us.
Angel has asked fish to go and find metal or anything salvageable to build stuff with. Total and Aklia have had three puppies too. there so mischievous with their wings.
Iggy and Ella are doing great together helping everybody and Iggy is even finding more mutants who are blind, like him which makes him happy. Nudge is going insane with styling outfits for everyone and helping pull together house decor. My mom is researching what all happened while they were in the cave to make sure that if it happens again will be ready and helping us with fixing the injured ones. Dylan is doing fine although he is still a little touchy with me Fang being together but, is getting over it fast. And well me and Fang, lets just say we're doing fine...
"Fang where are you taking me?" I questioned for the billionth time. Fang had somehow convinced me to put on a blindfold and then had us fly somewhere.
"We're here, you just have to land," Fang said to me I nodded and tried to land safely although I tripped and Fang caught me.
"You can take off your blind fold now," he whispered in my ear making my heart almost jump out of my chest.
I quickly took it off only to be caught off guard with the sight. And mind you I, Maximum Ride never, ever get caught off guard, but this was different. Fang had brought me to the cleft where we first met the hawks and learned how to fly with them.
"Fang," I said breathlessly. He just stood there smiling his grin.
"I told you that if we lived I would me you here," he said. I smiled and ran up and hugged him.
"I love you," I whispered in his ear.
"I love you too, which is why," Fang said getting down on one knee and stopping my heart completely, "Maximum Ride I have known you since forever I have been with you through tick thin and I also know that I have left you. But I left you because I loved now I am back and would like to know: Will you Maximum Ride, marry me?"
He didn't have a ring to give me or anything like that but he gave me the one and only thing that I could want, his heart.
"Yes!" I said happily and jumped into him giving him the worlds biggest hug and then kissing him knowing 100% that this was where I belong to live out my life as Maximum Ride.
