A/N - This is just a silly drabble, inspired by my sister, once I'd stopped laughing at her anyway!
Virgil looked up from his homework as Gordon flopped onto the chair next to him.
"It's impossible to win an argument against John," the younger brother moaned.
"Yeah," Virgil agreed, "What, you've only just realised?"
"Well, I thought I could beat him, I was all blah and he was all blah and then I said, See that proves I'm right! And he just did that face."
"What face?"
"You know, this face." Virgil frowned as Gordon's face contorted.
"I've never seen John do that," Virgil said slowly.
"He does it all the time!" Gordon protested, "With his eyebrow all, you know." He tried again looking for all the world like he had a particularly bad nervous tic.
"What, you mean?" Virgil raised one eyebrow and stared at Gordon questioningly.
"Yeah! That's what I was doing!"
"Um… no it wasn't."
"What was I doing then?" Gordon frowned.
"You know that old comedy dad and Johnny like, the Big Bang Theory, you look like Sheldon when he doesn't know something."
"But he looks really weird," Gordon protested.
Virgil just gave him a look. "Yes, he does."
Gordon got up and headed for the mirror on the wall. He tried raising his eyebrow. Virgil sniggered at the look of pained concentration on his face.
"Oh," Gordon frowned at his reflection. "Why can't I do it?"
"No idea," Virgil bent his head back to his work.
"Aha!" He looked up again at Gordon's shout. John was standing in the door way smirking slightly at Gordon.
"Have you thought of a better argument?" he asked blandly.
"Yes!" Gordon marched up to him, his short height forcing him to look up at his tall brother. Virgil watched as Gordon raised a hand to his face and using one finger pushed his eyebrow up. He burst into laughter and John's face split into a wide grin.
"Okay," he said, obviously trying not to laugh in Gordon's face. "You win."
