The Little Letter

The Gryffindor Common Room was loud and busy as always.
Fred and George were setting off their Filibuster Fireworks
and a coulple of people were playing Exploding Snap, but Ron was
off quietly sitting in a corner. His head was hunched over a
piece of parchment. "Hmmm," he thought to himself, "what should
I write?" His eyes darted over to Hermione Granger, the girl he
was writing to, and suddenly he knew what to write...

Dear Hermione,
I thought I'd write you a little letter because I have to tell
something very important.

"Yeah, thats good!" thought Ron.

You may think I'm stupid for writing this, and maybe I am,
but you have to know this. I really like you Hermione. I always
have, but I've been too stupid to realize it. I don't care
what you tell me, you can tell me that I am some nutty old
fool if you want! But please tell me either way if you like
me at all. I really feel very stupid writing this! Probably
getting my hopes up. Well, I guess I'll talk to you later.
Please write me back! I need to know either way!
Love,
Ron

"Well, I guess I can't really do any better writing." Ron
thought to himself. "But how will I get this to Hermione?" he
thought panicly, "I know! I'll send it by owl! Thats it!"
Ron rushed up to the owlery to send his letter. "Hey!
Pig! Get down here!" he yelled to his owl. Pig came flying
down from his perch, eager to send the letter. "Fly this to
Hermione!" Ron said to Pig as he tied the letter to Pig's leg.
When Ron finished tying the letter to the owl he ran out of
the owlery as fast as he could. "I have to get there before
letter!" Ron muttered. He finally made it to the common room as
Pig was tapping on the window. "What the... Oh! Ron, you have
a lett... It's addressed to me!" said Hermione.
Hermione slowly read the note as to catch every word on
the parchment. Hermione's face was turning blood red while Ron's
was turning the color of his hair. "Hmmm" said hermione obviously
in shock. "Whats the matter Hermione?" said Harry. "Oh, nothing,"
Hermione said slowly, "I just need to talk to R-Ron!" "Ok Hermione
whatever!" Harry said in a puzzled voice.
"Ron!" Hermione nearly shouted. "Hi, um, Hermione" Ron
muttered. "Your note was really nice and, er,..." Hermione said.
"You hate me now don't you?" Ron said, "I knew you didn't like
me, just say it!" "Will you let me finish!?" Hermione shouted,
"I was going to say that I like you too!" "R-Really?" Ron said
excitedly. "Yes," Hermione said very quietly, "Now, if you'll
excuse me, I better be going to bed, Good night Ron" Hermione ran
off to her dorm, but not before she gave Ron a kiss on the cheek.
"What was that all about, Ron?" Harry asked. "I'll tell you in the
morning, OK?" said Ron. "Oh, Ok" Harry said. "Well, Night Harry"
Ron said. "Yeah, Night" said Harry. Then Ron hurried up to the
boy's dorm to think about what just happened. "Good night, Hermione,"
Ron said quietly to himself as he layed down on his bed, "I
love you!"
