Dante rolled to his side, muttering under his breath. He felt around for the blankets, then cracked one eye open when he felt none. He looked around the bed, then checked on the floor. "The fuck?" He mumbled, checking the crack between the bed and the wall, then under the bed. When he went to bed, he had his usual satin sheet and blanket, along with a black comforter taken out of the closet at the end of the hall.

The younger Sparda scratched the back of his head in confusion. He shrugged and left his room, padding down the hallway to the closet, growling softly at the ice cold floors. Opening the closet, he found all the extra blankets gone. Nothing but a few towels and extra sheets. Dante shook his head. 'Okay, this is weird.' He thought, checking to see if the blanket that was always bundled up on the armchair in the living room was there. Needless to say, it wasn't.

"Wonder if Verge has any." Dante said softly, walking to his brother's bedroom door. He quietly opened it, surprised to find all the blankets in the house piled on the bed. The only sign of anyone under the mountain of blankets was the foot popping out at the bottom. Dante laughed softly.

No one hated the cold weather as much as Vergil did. Dante could distinctly remember playing outside in the snow while his older brother crafted pillow forts by the heater in their room. Which he then welcomed his brother into when he came back in. Wrapping them both in a blanket and snuggling against him to warm him up.

Dante crouched beside the head of the bed, smiling when his brother's eyes opened to look at him. He reached forward to tug on the red satin sheet closest to Vergil's face. "Thief." He said softly. "I was cold." The elder Sparda tried to defend himself sleepily. "Whatever. Make room, you blanket hog." Dante said, climbing over the ridiculous mountain of blankets.

Dante dug under the blankets till he found his brother, rolled over to watch him. "Is that my hoodie?" Dante asked, Vergil pulled the hood up. "I couldn't find anything warm in my wardrobe, so I borrowed this. It's really big." He held up one arm, showing how the sleeve covered his hand. "I haven't wore that since I was 20." The red twin commented, but shrugged. "Whatever. You being in Limbo stunted your growth. I get that." Vergil rolled his eyes. "You're letting the warm out."

The younger twin snuggled under the blankets, pleasantly surprised by the warmth. "Jeeze, freaking space heater..." He commented, pulling his brother closer. "You tell anyone about this. I will kill you." Vergil growled, throwing his arms around his brother and snuggling closer to him.

"The things we do on the edge of hypothermia, right?"

"Exactly."
