A/N: Hey everyone, here's another story for the Houses Competition. This one is a little later than most of what I've written but I just didn't have the inspiration until now to come up with a somewhat decent story. I apologize for the short length, but as it says, it's only a small drabble.

Dark was the night as on a cold autumn day. The only light to be seen was the glimmering moon whom watched over the fellow students as they made their way through the ominous woods. The ground was soft, the dirt was dry, and the wind howled amongst the starlit sky. It was a rather peaceful sight to those unknowing of what laid ahead.
She hadn't really been one for camping but she couldn't let her friends down. After all, they all seemed to enjoy it and she didn't want to ruin their fun. She was going to bring Rose but in the end she figured that she was too young to really go anywhere, fortunately she had Ginny to keep watch whenever she and the boys would go out somewhere. Hermione just didn't see what was so great about being in the middle of nowhere anyways.
The brunette merely shook her head for she had to keep her mind on the task at hand. With the wave of her wand her tent had been put up within a matter of seconds. Now all she needed was for the boys to return with the firewood.
It didn't take long for her to hear the sound of laughter coming from around the corner as both Harry and Ron had been walking her way. "Oi, 'mione I was just tellin' Harry that we should come here with Rose next time, she'd love this." Ron stated as he put down some of the firewood.
Hermione merely shook her head. "Do I have to remind you Ron that she is still fairly young? I mean, she could get hurt or lost even." She answered. "Oh c'mon 'mione, you worry too much." Ron commented as he took a seat on a nearby stump.
"And you don't worry enough." Hermione replied, her arms crossed. "Okay, you both have points. Can we move on from this and enjoy the rest of the day?" Harry commented, deciding it would be best to try and calm them both down.
"But she-" Ron was cut off by a certain look Harry gave him. Ron ended up sighing in defeat, "fine." he answered. Hermione simply nodded, though she didn't say anything for a moment.
And so, the camping trip was as it was. Hermione and Ron would occasionally bicker here and there but overall the trip had been a good break from city life.
