A/N I don't own Glee. I wish I owned Darren Criss and Chris Colfer though. *pouty face*
"Have you ever noticed how beautiful your eyes are, Kurt?"
Kurt and Blaine were sitting in the Senior Commons, sitting closer than average friends would. The sunlight from the window added an almost angelic glow to the former's features, one being his eyes. This did not go unnoticed by the older boy.
Kurt, obviously surprised, replied with a smile, "What?"
"Your eyes. They're really special. The color, I never can pinpoint what color they are."
"They're glasz. Blue, green, and gray. I get them from my mother, you know?" Kurt talked with a hint of sadness.
Taking a leap of faith, Blaine lifted up Kurt's chin and said, "I bet your mother was beautiful."
Kurt, blushing and feeling light as a cloud, answered, "She is," and they both noticed the change of tense.
Edging closer and whispering in the countertenor's ear, "You know that you're beautiful too, right?"
When no answer besides a very darkening blush came, Blaine's lips were suddenly hovering over Kurt's.
"So beautiful," he murmured, and very tentatively, their lips brushed. It was less than five seconds, really, but during that time, all the pent-up emotions were released, and a new found confidence brought their lips together once more, They pulled away, one with a dazed smile and the other with a confident grin.
"Thank goodness for my eyes, huh?"
"No. I just needed an excuse to kiss you."
A/N Ever since I found out Chris Colfer's eye color, I really don't want my brown eyes.
