Prolouge
"Bramblestar, help us!" mews echoed around in the moonlit cave. Dewnose looked around, trying to locate the source of the cries. Dark shadows of cats seemed to be stalking towards him, their red eyes gleaming. He lashed out when one grew close, The shadow ducked away and then lunged at him claws un-sheathed. Dewnose recoiled as blood spattered his nose. he lashed out again but his paw passed through air.
Great starclan! this is crazy, how am I supposed to beat them if i can't touch them?
Just then a light appeared in the distance. It was a cat! the glowing cat padded towards him and the Shadows seemed to shrink back. The glowing cat reached dewnose and stood next to him. The shadow cats turned and flead, the one who had attacked him earlier looked back and glared at Dewnose.
"we will get you," the cat vowed, "you and every one of your no good clanmates, for we are the dark forest, and we will get our revenge!"
The shadow cat then turned and ran after the others. Dewnose turned to thank the glowing cat but she was gone.
What did you think? Who thinks lil' Dewynose is gonna survive this fanfic? Lemme tell you one thing, That glowing kitty will have more of a role later. Also I think I'm gonna upload the allegiances in the next chapter, this takes place after Dovewing's silence.
