Chapter One:The Gulf of Gunthak
In the years before anyone knew where or what the Gulf of Gunthak was a ship named the Tide Ripper, had set sail Freeport but the captin had made a wrong turn.The ship of pirates had sailed off course and had no way of getting back on course all hope was lost as they sailed toward Oggok.The captin Kelak a barbarian said "We ave no ope of gettin out a dis. Oggok is strait in our path and we will most likely crash or the ogres will slaughter us all. All who can use a sword be ready." Lorina a woodelf girl bout the age of 18 was talking with A half elf boy named Torolien about the same age.
"You it's forbidden Tor" Whispered to Tor as she storked his hair."But I love you so much I don't care what the captain says.If were going to die I want to know I died having a boy or girl ," said Torolien after he kissed Lorina...
9 months later and a day or so a baby boy was born...they had finally reached land after the large storm and fog they had found land. The ship barely intact had reached land. Many thought that they were at Oggok but it turned out it was and island of trolls. A great battle was fought for the fate of the pirates. The boy named Luldias was taken by Lorina to a cave as her love fought for the island. All the women swam to the cave but were captured by the Broken Skull Clan residing there. Lorina was running from a squad of trolls when she tripped on a stone and the baby boy landed in a river and drifted to where his father lay dead. His mother died when the trolls chased her. The pirates eventually won the fight many had died but the little baby had survived . A woman found him at the shore crying. She took care of him until he was four when he became a cabin boy worked on his first and last ship. The Abysmal Lady was a sturdy ship but it wasn't the greatest his foster mother a barbarian woman named Lalie Mc Douglas had packed all his things and gave him a drum for his tiny lizard companian to accompany him. The Abysmal Lady had set sail for a 4 day course to Erduin . The boy never talked much many called him a mute , the sailors treated him badly and always pushed work on him. In his spare time Luldias read books of great adventurers and tales of Norrathian history. One day a sailor caught him reading "What is that boy!" "I-i-i-tssss a-a book ssir" said Luldias the sailor looked around and found all his book and said "You have work to do BOY!" the boy scrambled out into harsh weather of the 2nd of his trip. He went to the galley and began cooking Meat Pies and Gator Steaks with some Beer when the captain came in. "LISTEN BOY WE HAVE NO TIME FOR YOUR SILLY STORIES THERE IS NO SUCH THINGS AS THIS RUBBISH AND IT WON'T BE ALLOWED ON MY SHIP! NOW GET BACK TO WORK BEFORE I GIVE YA FIFTY LASHES FOR SLACKING OFF!!!" As soon as he began to leave a giant wave crashed over the boat and knocked the Captin over board. Luldias paniced but knew what he had to do...he had to jump off. He got most of his stuff and jumped and swam with the wave so he could rest and swim faster he didn't care which he went he wanted to find land...
10 days later...
Luldias washed up on shore his clothes tattered and water logged to the bone. A man came and examined the boy and took him into the forest. After a few hours the myserious man had taken Luldias to an elevator and hit the switch to take him up to the tree city of Kelethin...
