A/N: Even though I am busy with another fanfic, I couldn't help but make this random little oneshot. I'm not sure where it came from, but I wanted really wanted to see it posted! Enjoy! Disclaimer: I do not own Inuyasha.

Lost the Battle, Won the War
To put it simply, Sesshoumaru was a fierce, vicious leader; shedding nothing more than a simple batter of an eye and a flick of the wrist to any lowlife demon that dared to even cross his path. At the mere mention of his name, villagers winced and demons crumpled.
But in all the centuries that the said fierce and vicious leader had been alive, there was no opponent he had ever faced that, even slightly, made him doubt his own victory as he did now.
Glowing amber eyes glared down into solid brown ones.
Solid brown eyes glared back.
"Rin," he seethed slowly, "Into your bed."
"I don't want to." She hissed back just as slowly; daringly.
'A bold move...'
The battle ensued.
"Into your bed...that's an order."
"No."
His eyes narrowed.
Her eyes narrowed right back.
'Touchè. But she should know I never lose.'
Sesshoumaru sent a quiet warning grunt.
Rin folded her arms to her chest.
'A counterattack, huh? Such a cunning little human...'
He cracked his knuckles.
She smirked.
'Damn...not the smirk!'
This continued for a few more tense minutes. Finally, Sesshoumaru closed his eyes and let out a long sigh.
"Do as you see fit, then."
Solid brown eyes sparkled with triumph, and with a squeal of glee, she climbed upon his massive western style bed and wrapped her small arms around his neck.
"Thank you, Sesshoumaru-sama!"
It wasn't long before he felt pudgy little fingers jerk and twist his hair into many tight braids.
Rin may have won the battle, but there was still the war.
And if his scalp was strong enough to endure it until she fell asleep, he was confident of his win.
End
A/N: Please don't kill me for my crappy endings! I did the best I could at 2 in the morning!
I hope you all enjoyed this! I also hope this wasn't too boring for any of my readers. If it was, may I be beaten with a stone.
Reviews are nice! Constructive Criticism is welcomed also!
