"And I Love Her"
Starting with F sharp minor, his guitar sang as gentle as he did.
'This time, I'll make sure my emotions reach her.'
"I give her all my love
that's all I do
and if you saw my love
you'd love her too
I love her
She gives me everything
And tenderly
the kiss my lover brings
She brings to me
and I love her"
Leaning on a tree across the gentle voice's owner a pink haired girl bobbed her head to the beat. She loved the Beatles and the ebony haired boy knew that. It always ended like this. After singing countless Beatles' songs, she would stop singing and he would start playing his guitar and sang their favorite song.
"A love like ours
could never die
As long as I
Have you near me"
He loved her, she loved him. No one knew, not even them. Their hearts knew but their minds forbade knowing. Finally once this song was played, truth was revealed to them, but neither knew what the other was feeling.
"Bright are the stars that shine
Dark is the sky
I know this love of mine
will never die
and I love her"
He would tell her stories of the one he loved. She would inquire her mind with related questions. But only once this song was sung.
For them this song is a story. A story he was telling her. And that story was:
'I love someone. I hold that person dear. And I wish we could be together'
With his soft guitar playing and epic singing, she understood perfectly.
Guitar Solo
It pained her to know such a bitter truth, but what could she do? She wasn't the kind to envy, but she couldn't help thinking…
'Who is she?'
"Bright are the stars that shine
Dark is the sky
I know this love of mine
Will never die
And I love her"
As the song ended, she started to speak.
"Ne Sasuke-kun, who is she?"
Startled at the question he froze to the spot.
"Who is she…?"
She repeated with a more gentle voice. She was surprised herself; she didn't expect to finally blow it out.
"Do you want to see her?"
For him, her mere curiosity was an answer to a question he never asked her.
"Sure."
A little choke broke as she spoke. It was unusual for him to be that open to her.
"Look up."
Her emerald gaze fell to the stars above.
"OMG she's dead!?"
His head fell as a hopeless look moved across his face. Yet, he couldn't help but laugh at her frank surmising.
"Baaaka. Not THAT high up."
She kept her stare, and with a silent "Hmmm." He knew she didn't know what he was talking about.
He picked up a petal leaf that fell from the tree they were leaning on, rested it on top of her head and started to walk away.
Pink.
It blended with her hair and softly, she picked it up, peered in closely and finally she knew where her gaze should rest.
"Cherry Blossom."
Hearing the girl's words, he smirked and whispered in a calm, gentle and sure tone.
"And I love her."
Suzuku.
