I am in love with the Sasuke Hinata roses picture. It inspires a fanfiction where they both get a pep talk before Hinata reveals her feelings to Naruto (a final time) and Sasuke reveals his feelings to Sakura. As they walk up to their date, they discover Sakura and Naruto kissing.
Hinata starts to walk away and Sasuke says, "Are you just going to walk away and not say anything after all the effort you put into this?". She turns back to Sasuke and says "Yes, I just want my Naruto-kun to be happy" with a smile on her face. Sasuke says "are you serious? How can you be happy after spending half your life loving him? You can't just give up." She replies with kind eyes, "it's not my place to make him happy if I don't belong".
Sasuke "But you –"
Hinata moved forward, half angry at him and said " I am doing this not just for myself but for Naruto. If you try to interfere I will beat you down." Sasuke looked amazed at how selfless she was. "Move it. Walk away."
Sasuke did exactly as she told him to, touched by the truth of her words. Even though a part of him wanted her to interrupt because he believed there was a past between Hinata and Naruto by the way she talked about him, he knew that nothing Sasuke would say would split them up and if anything it was only Hinata who could do it. He was impressed with that about her, but even more so when she was right about leaving Sakura and Naruto to their true feelings. It annoyed him that she was right.
When he went home later that night, as he rested his head on the white pillow, the fog of drifting off to sleep reminded him of the white eyes of Hinata's pretty face.
