A/N - Just a little oneshot, inspired by the Born This Way episode. Please review!

It was the final part to her makeover. She was now a size 2, blonde, with an otherwise flawless face. Quinn Fabray sat in the chair of her plastic surgeons and held her breath as the doctor lowered her into a supine position. As the anesthetic kicked in, she drifted off, picturing herself in various scenes of glory. Prom queen, beauty queen, cause celebre.

Hours later she awoke to find little change, aside from some swelling and bruising around the edges of her bandaged nose. "Oh Quinnie darling, you have my nose now!" she heard her mother say. She had been given her father's nose by nature, which was distinguished on him, but absurd on her. Now, like her sister, who was lucky enough to have it from birth, her nose matched her mother's.

Quinn smiled in satisfaction. She finally felt hopeful about the rest of her life. Once the bandages came off, and most of the swelling had vanished, she would be starting at William Mckinley Middle School for the rest of the school year, before continuing on to the high school.

She found it worked a charm. Boys fell over themselves for her, girls wanted to be her, and everyone feared her.

She was undeniably attractive, which became a detriment to her and Quinn's junior year didn't exactly go as planned and she found herself in the hospital yet again, for another life changing event, only a million times bigger in magnitude. As the doctor handed Quinn her newborn daughter, she carefully examined the infant's features and smiled. Puck leaned over and whispered in her ear, "She's got your nose," And she grinned, the baby did in fact share her current nose. Magic.
