Thanksgiving
Rikki was preparing thanksgiving dinner for Emma Cleo Lewis Ash and herselfwhen she heard a knock on the door she went to answer it to reveal Zane and two of his cousins
"hey what are you doing here" asked Rikki
"my dad wanted me to drop off these papers for your dad to look over" said Zane
"oh well come on in and I will fax it over to his office so he can have it done in time" said Rikki
"ok" said Zane sitting down on her couch next to Lewis and Ash who were watching the game
"all right so what exactly is going on here" said Zane a little confused as to all the appetizers on the coffee table and how Rikki answered the door in an apron
"just thanksgiving dinner" said Lewis
"yea but I had no idea Rikki could cook or can she" asked Zane
"oh yea she can cook her food is like heaven" said Ash
"realy I had no idea man this is nice I have never had a thanksgiving dinner before we just go out or stay in if the adults are busy" said Zane his cousins James and Rodney nodded there heads
"ok so my dad said he will have them back as soon as possible" said Rikki
"oh that was fast" said Zane finishing another one of the appetizers on the coffee table
"yea" said Rikki
"ok well I guess we should go" said Zane sadly
"yea it was nice meeting all of you have a good dinner" said James
"you guys can stay if you want" said Rikki
"yea that's cool right guys we do love food" said Rodney
"ok so just go ahead and sit down I have to go and finish in the kitchen help yourselves to anything out here" said Rikki
At dinner
"this is all amazing" said Zane
"yea I have never tasted anything this good" said James
"well at .east now you have finaly experienced an old fashioned thanksgiving dinner" said Lewis
"so Rikki where did you learn to cook like this" said Rodney
"well my dad raised me a little old fashioned" said Rikki
"oh yea how is that" asked James
"I believe in having dinner ready before the husband gets home a clean house things like that its just how I was raised" said Rikki
"wow you don't meet many girls like that anymore" said James
"no you don't" said Zane looking at Rikki intently
