"Don't let me let go"
Tsuki no Lomelinde
Warnings: Tom/Carl slash
Disclaimer: I do not own any of these characters and I am not making any money off of this story….there happy now?
Summary: Set after Wizard's Holiday and before Wizards at War. Just a sweet, angsty little drabble that worked its way into my brain and wouldn't let go. "Promise me something Carl?" Tom said suddenly, his voice only slightly muffled by Carl's shirt.
Author's Note: This is my first Young Wizard's story so be gentle…
Because there isn't enough Tom/Carl slash in the world…and if anyone knows where to find some please let me know…
Carl looked at the strands of gray mixed in with his lover's dark hair. Idly he stroked the soft head and Tom sighed. Carl smiled and looked down at the lithe man, resting in his arms. Tom wrapped his arms around Carl and squeezed tightly, burying his head in the other man's chest at the same time.
"Okay there Tom?" Carl asked gently.
Tom nodded his head, but Carl didn't believe him for a moment. Tom only got clingy like this when something was wrong, but Carl didn't press his lover, knowing that Tom would tell him when he was ready.
"Promise me something Carl?" Tom said suddenly, his voice only slightly muffled by Carl's shirt.
"Anything." Carl said without hesitation.
"If you can't hold on to anything else, hold on to us." Tom drew a shaky breath and looked up at Carl, dark eyes meeting dark eyes. "I couldn't bear to lose you." Tom said softly.
Carl leaned down and kissed the other wizard. "I'd never let you go, not for anything." Carl murmured, in between kisses.
Both men stood, letting their passion carry them to the bedroom that they shared. Carl paused for a moment to shut the door, then turned to Tom, eyes serious. "I won't let you let go either." He said, and took his lover into his arms. "Never."
The End….or is it?
There may be more in the future if anybody likes this one….
