Letters Through The Gate

Three years have passed since Edward and Alphonse took on this new world of technological advancement and the lacking of alchemy. Winry finds a way to send letters beyond the gate to her best friends, but little does she know, the worst is yet to come...

Dear Ed,

I'm going to try to experiment with something here, and I want you to reply if you receive this letter. The instructions on how to send it are written at the bottom. If you are reading this, then you will know that this works.

I want to see you again Ed. Both you and Al. three years has passed since you left. Al went missing during the air raid. We believe that he is with you, though we have not been able to confirm this just yet.

Like I said, this is an experiment, one of many done through trial and error. I've been trying to send you small things like letters with money and a photographs. Hopefully someday I'll be figure out how to transport myself to your dimension to be with you. If you need new auto mail, tell me, and I'll try sending it. It'll be a good experiment to see how well electronics can pass through the gate.
