AN: The short story here is a short narrator based on a unreliable narrator POV where the narrator is lying or being vague on not giving the whole truth in this case Sadako giving the cryptic message to the character in a standpoint view. In short she is overlooking the character in her thoughts and seems to be addressing the reader in a way. I gave this at a writing group and they were impressed, hopefully you would be to.
Sadako's message
By Koriandr Star
There is a book I have made, entirely by me especially for you. It needs no words only your curiosity to draw you in as you watch safely from your crystal screen, witnessing the tale not knowing my message. Your ignorance blinds you; you are all alike.
You watch the climax where I fall by my traitor's hand, sending me into my watery grave where even light dies and because of that you think therefore that I too die, for what is life without light?
Everything
I have no end, I cannot die nor will I for I am the initiation of death, I know no end nor sorrow or loving cry of those lost. I see all, kill all but I hate all. I am the cycle, you have set off the motions of my rebirth and I in return trigger your demise.
You stand unaware of the meaning, I have gave you the signs, let you read them, gave you the chance but you misread them. No matter now you can't stop the reaction of the action just as you cannot stop the sun from dying and the darkness rises. Oh how you will wish you could in time when your mind finally begins to unveil my meaning and when my time grows you will begin to feel my power and your nature of your insignificance.
The days will stagnate at each closing hour, take them as my act of kindness as time for you to sorrow, you should look back on those days while you can, take the meaning of consideration before your fall. For in the end on that seventh day, when god rests you will no longer be his, no longer his prized creation but mine instead for on the seventh I rise and you will dieā¦
