A little help, please?

"Ow! Artemis!" yelped Wally, in pain. "Don't do that!"

"You've never had one this big before?" Artemis asked with a grunt of exertion.

"No!" he winced, trying to get away from her.

She put her back to him and said, "Sit still, will you? Sit still! Don't make me sit on you – you know I will. Or do you want me to call Superboy? I'm sure he'd be happy to help you out, even if he'd be more...forceful than me."

"You're hurting me!" he yelled. "He wouldn't! I'm going to call him!"

"If you would sit still long enough it wouldn't hurt so much," she insisted. "You're not going anywhere or calling our blue eyed boy, I can do this better than him!"

"Just hurry up," he whined.

"Oh yeah, here it comes," she said, voice rising with every word.

"Oh my God - kill me now!" screamed Wally, covering his eyes.

"Oh yeah - wow!" she said with surprise. There was a moment of silence in the room. "Well, it's all over now."

Wally grumpily asked, "Are you happy now?"

"You are such a big baby, did that hurt you? Did this itty bitty splinter hurt you?" she asked with a grin as she showed him the splinter she had pulled out of his foot.

"Shut up!" he said sticking his tongue out to her.

Artemis laughed as she put the tweezers held splinter into a small vial. "I think I'll keep this as a souvenir," she smirked at Wally.

Limping out of the room and scowling, Wally muttered, "I knew I should have asked Supey to pull it out, he'd have been nicer about it."
