It's begun, the war between man and mutant began, it all started in a day when heroes fell and became martyrs, after the devastation of Genosha the mutants wanted vengeance, they wanted blood, the mutant haters convinced the president to launch "the doomsday weapon", it was the day no one will ever forget, Sentinels, bigger and dangerous than ever were launched But even when mutants were slaughtered, one man refused to give up his dream "we must fight for co existence and peace! It's the only way left!" Xavier tried to convince humanity but he was murdered during one of his speeches, his death was a shock to the X-men, he became a martyr to his cause, after his funeral the X-men decided to disband, but Jean and Scott continued to fight for a better future, they were the first to fell, the X- men, or rather what's left of them were forced to join forces with Magneto in order to survive, the war never ended, mutants were put in concentration camps, but Magneto and Wolverine fought to save mutant kind, Magneto fell and died in Wolverine's arms, Logan vowed he'll continue fighting no matter what, he joined Storm and Beast, the three of them fought to save mutants, non of them still believed in Xavier's dream, they didn't care anymore, but the governments continued launching Omega Sentinels, the three found sanctuary in what once was Avalon, they formed a new group of X-men but not to fight for co existence, to fight for their survival, "what right do I have to send such innocent children to war?" said Wolverine "we fight for hope, for a better future, we're the X-men" Storm stated "there is no X- men! Don't you see? They're slaughtering us and you think about co existence with them?" Logan mocked "I know they killed so many of us but we can't let them kill the dream!" Storm shouted "Xavier is dead! Jean, Scott, Bobby, Kurt, they're all dead because of his rubbish about co existence with humans!" Logan shouted "we can't give up now! is that what they would want us to do? They died for us! If we give up now we disrespect their memory!" Storm shouted "Xavier's dream was and still is just a dream! It can't and never could be accomplished!" Logan stated and went to the woods, Storm was left with grief and anger "what can we do Hank?" Storm asked Beast "I'm sorry Storm but I believe Wolverine is right, can we send young children to war to accomplish what can't be accomplished?" Beast stated Storm was about to argue but she didn't she understood why her friends mocked Xavier's dream, She visited Xavier's grave and mourned him, "so young and naïve" Wolverine said as he watched the children training and playing, Beast was guarding, "sentinels!" Beast shouted Wolverine pooped his claws the sentinels attacked the wall fell and crushed Storm to death Logan held her one last time as she said her last words "Logan... you were right..." Storm said and passed, "no!" Wolverine howled and in rage he ripped the sentinels apart, Beast fought alongside him and they fought with rage, after the battle was over they buried Storm and arranged her funeral, they said goodbye and continued with the students "how long can we continue running Hank? So much of us already fell, what are we going to do?" Wolverine said and it was the first time Beast sensed fear within Logan, "we must continue, if not for us for them" Beast stated, they never found sanctuary, many of the students fell, the governments released a new and deadly Legacy virus, Beast was a victim to the virus and Wolverine was the last X-men, he continued to search for sanctuary and he found it in what once was Xavier's school for mutants, "they are safe, but for how long?" Logan wondered as he watched them.
