Nicholae walked out of the room annoyed. Leon followed him. "What's the matter? Surely out of all the people we've interviewed, you've found somebody you like." Leon asked him.

"None of them are right." He roared at Leon. "This one has to be perfect!"

"Ok, let's go back in there and try to find you another secretary"

The two walked back into the room and interviewed 27 more people. Finally a slim brunette named Carrie Peterson walked through the door. She immediately bowed and then quickly sat in a chair. She had bright yet sad blue/hazel eyes and long wavy hair partly pulled back. She wore a revealing shirt and a short skirt with tiny high heels. She was hooked up to a lie detector and asked a few simple questions. Finally they got to some more serious ones.

"Are you a Christian, or have any other faith other than Carpathianism?" Leon asked her.

She knew the way she answered this question would determine her fate. She reflected back on her life since the disappearances. None of her immediate family had disappeared, but both her parents died in a car crash. Her younger sister, Meg, died in WWIII, and her brother, Kyle, had been stung and killed himself. She had various aunts and uncles, grandparents even, that disappeared; but she never really knew them. She never wanted to. They were all religious freaks trying to push their faith. Except they put it 'Spreading the Gospel'. She never took to it. But lately she made a friend that had tried to tell her about it, and it kinda made sense. She did believe there was a god out there and that he probably wasn't Carpathia; but it was all a little weird. Carrie had immediately told her friend to stop talking about it, but she kinda wanted to know more. Suddenly a voice broke her thoughts.

"Miss Peterson? Will you answer the question?" Leon looked like her was getting frustrated.

"Oh, yes, of course," She took a moment to recollect herself, "No. I do not." She said very casually, but was it enough?
