Sam knew he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Quinn and that many of the glee club members would be against it since they're so young. But he knew there was one person who would support him through and through, his best friend Blaine. As expected Blaine was very encouraging of Sam's decision and even helped him pick out the perfect ring.
"I have a surprise for you." Sam told Quinn as he hugged her from behind.
He knew Quinn loved surprises and she couldn't wait to see what surprise he had planned for her.
Quinn couldn't stop smiling as she and Sam walked to the astronomy room.
"This past year has gotten me thinking, about what matters Quinn" Sam said holding Quinn's hand.
"And I've come to realize that there's nothing more important to me than you, I love you Quinn."
Quinn was smiling from ear to ear as she kissed Sam, she'd never loved anyone as much as loved him.
"I love you too, Sam" she said as she kissed him again.
"To show you how much I love you, I've enlisted some of our friends from the glee club to help me out"

As he sings the last line, Sam went down on one knee.
Quinn was surprised, happy and confused at the same time.
"Quinn I know we're very young and we need to figure out our whole lives right now, we need to figure out who we are. What I want to become changes every day but I know who I want to be. And I want to be the guy who gets to spend the rest of his life loving you. And I know that no matter what obstacles may come our way, we'll find a way as long as we're together. So, Quinn Fabray, will you marry me?"
YES!YES! YES I WILL MARRY YOU, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH SAM EVANS! Quinn screamed with happiness.
As the glee club looked on, they knew they would be together forever.
