Summary: A poem about Amon from Robin's point of view. Takes place during "Time to Say Good-Bye" - the scene where Robin imagines (or does she...?) that Amon is staring her down as she lays vulnerable on the couch.
xXDisclaimerXx: I am in no way affiliated with anything to do with Witch Hunter Robin (because if I did, it would have definitely ended with the RobinxAmon pairing).
Stars in his Eyes
Coal Black and as sinister as Night.
He's got Bullet casings for eyelids
And Slanderous Glyphs on his iris.
Lips drawn Accusingly in a stern line
As the name "Witch" falls akin
To Poison off of a snake's tongue.
No Faith in his steps,
No Belief or Mercy in his face.
…No Trust in his heart…
Birth of a Thousand Tears.
Sobs of the Betrayed.
Her worst Fears bubbling as in Filtered Oil.
She had been completely Wrong about Him...
The Man has Stars in his Eyes –
And they Bear no Hope for Her.
A/N: A sad, angsty poem basically illustrating Robin's wavering and cracking trust in Amon as suspicion comes on him that he was the one who tried to hunt her in "Loaded Guns." Thank-god for Master Harry coming to the rescue and restoring her faith in him a little later. ^_^
Enjoy!
