Waluigi was on his bike, carrying a mysterious package. On his way, he got a call from a mysterious voice, one that sounded familiar. The voice told him to open the package, and when he did, his life was changed forever.
The area had been destroyed, five whole blocks of Mushroom Kingdom. A Toad copter was flying above. The scratchy voice said "Look, someone's alive! You need to get out over there!" Waluigi limped through the wreckage. When he made it to the paramedics, Wario was waving him down.
"Come on, Waluigi, we need to get out of here, follow me across this bridge!" Lightning began to strike all around, Wario and Waluigi ran for their lives as the lightning struck the paramedics and all the wounded around them.
14 days later…
"Hey, try to turn on the T.V. with your new powers, the Sario Bros. cut off our electricity." Waluigi controlled electricity now, so he powered up the electricity boxes. The Television turned on. "Waluigi, I swear, you are a human elf like battery."
"Wario, my Copyright senses are tingling, I think Nintendo somehow screwed over Sony."
"What the hell are you talking about? Everyone knows that Sony is way more popular than Nintendo now, besides, this is a crossover fan fiction, the only way this will somehow screw anyone, is if Sony and Nintendo sue Cherokee. Which would be unreasonable, he had a disclaimer, right?"
"Um, I don't remember one…" They waited a moment…
"Quickly Waluigi! Get the disclaimer page; I will get the bold letters!"

"Whew… we could have been deleted…" Wario sighed in relief.
"Yeah, one problem, now that we are in the clear, we need to find someone who will play the part as Trish."
"In the next chapter, so far this chapter has had Explosions, Lightning killing innocents and Disclaimers… I think we've done our job for now." Wario said trying to get out of auditions.
"Well fine, get the Laptop; I need to send an ad across Mushroom City for the part."
"What, this place isn't going to be called Empire? It is so much better than Mushroom!" Yelled Wario.
"We will leave that to the viewers, they will decide between Empire and Mushroom through the reviews." Replied Waluigi.
