Chapter 1
It all started at school when Ein was told to translate something from English to Japanese. "What the fuck man!! We are Japanese! Aren't we supposed to be learning English?!" Everyone was looking at him. "Just do it, shut up, and go back to your seat Ein" the teacher was saying. Ein didn't realize, in his anger, he was about to jump out the window. "What ever."
As Ein was getting down from the window he saw a little black book fall from the sky. "I got it!!" He jumped out of the window to get the book. He then noticed he was on the third floor. "Oh shit!!" Ein fell all the way down, but managed to get the book. He broke 3 bones and had to go to the hospital. "Well, at least I got the book." Ein looked at the book more closely. "Death Note? What's that?" He flipped opened the book and found some writing
Who Ever finds this book will be able to kill anyone they want
All they must do is write the persons name
Once you do that you need to have a clear picture of their face
Once you have that they will die in 40 seconds
Unless you type a reason for their death
If you do so you have 6 minutes and 40 seconds to give a description of their death
If you don't they die of a killer string
Ein was a little confused. He started laughing and the doctor panicked. "Chill down! I'm just laughing." he started laughing some more. He went back thinking of the book. I wonder what this thing is talking about? Is it for real? I should test it…
He looked at the doctor. He has a name tag… Kura Kakemura… Ein wrote the name in and thought of a way to kill him.

Comes to Ein's room and jumps out window
Ein looked at his watch. It's 5:02, where is he? Pft… I knew it was a… The door flew open. The doctor came running in. "Hey what're you.." The guy leaped out of the window. Ein was confused and scared.
It worked… It worked!! I shall use my power for… evil?!
Ein left the hospital after what happened. He went right to his room. "I know.. I'll kill the president of the United States. I will be the third Kira!!" Ein was talking to himself.
"So you like my book?" a strange voice said. Ein got up and looked around. He jumped up like there was no tomorrow. "Who are you?! And why don't you look human?!" The strange thing came closer. It didn't speak, but it just sat down and ate an apple. "I am a Shinigami. I have come because you have my book." The shinigami pointed towards the death note.
Ein sat down with the shinigami. "What's your name?" Ein asked him. The shinigami thought for awhile. "Hmm, my name is Takikura, and yours is Ein." the shinigami said. "Kill someone!!" the shinigami yelled. Ein was surprised. "Are you sure? Ok…" Ein took out the note and wrote down a name.
