'Autumn...' said the tired man, looking towards the window. It was covered with raindrops, his eyes watching them as they trailed downwards. His hand held up his head, and he absentmindedly sighed.
Deoxys walked slowly over to his wife, placing an arm onto his shoulder. Giovanni's head looked towards the pokémon and smiled. His partner gave a warm smile back.
'We've been together for so long now,' Giovanni whispered. The two gazed at each other's eyes, their love showing without a doubt.
The pokémon gently wrapped an arm around Giovanni's own arm, and moved him off his current seat to their sofa. They sat together, and curled up close. Giovanni closed his eyes, holding his husband in an embrace.
'Dio…I really do love you…' he murmured, snuggling down deeper. In a silent response, Deoxys wrapped his arms around Giovanni lovingly.
The two stayed in utter silence and tranquillity for a while, the only noise being the soft rain pattering down outside.
'…Would you like me to go make some tea?' said Giovanni. Deoxys gave no answer, so Giovanni got up slowly, and started to make his way to kitchen. However, as he stood up, his husband gave a little tug on his shirt. Confused, he looked down.
'What is it? Do you not want any tea?' asked the man. Deoxys shook his head. 'Noodles instead then?'
Upon saying this, Deoxys nodded enthusiastically, a non-visible smile appearing onto his 'lips'.
A few minutes after entering the kitchen, Giovanni returned with a large bowl in his hands. Steam poured out the top, and there were two forks in it.
'I thought we might as well share a bowl. It's less washing up, and a married couple shouldn't be worried about the other's germs, should they?' Giovanni smiled.
The instant noodles were soon finished, and the two sat contently on the sofa. The bowl was on the floor, waiting to be washed up later.
After the short meal, the two were starting to feel slightly drowsy. They cuddled up, listening to the rain. Watching Giovanni's eyes droopily shut, Deoxys eventually fell asleep too.
