24 tributes are thrown into the arena with the gladers it's the quarter quell

Prologue

"EMINA STRONGFIELD!" the cheerful announcer called out. The frightened girl slowly stepped onto the podium and shook hands with her. "Now onto the boy tributes!" The Announcer walked over to the big glass ball containing the buy's names. She pulled one out and read "ACE GREEN!" The boy stepped forward to shake her hand as well. "And now," called the announcer to the crowd "In honor of the Quarter Quell I shall choose the envelope." A young boy steps up holding out a small box full of with envelopes. The announcer picks one and reads "In honor of this year's Quell, there shall not only be 24 tributes in the arena, there will also be other children. These children call themselves Gladers."
