Summary: Taiki and Nene try to understand each other, while attempting to free Yuu from DarkKnightmon's clutches.

A figure stood at cave entrance.

"Revolmon. Beelzebumon. And Sparrowmon. You three pretend you are local Digimon. Persuade DarkKnightmon to reveal Yuu's location to you, then tell me what you found through wristers. "

"Yes, we're on it!"

As three Digimon were leaving, a figure walked to back of the cave.

"Nene?

Seemingly asleep girl shot her eyes open.

"Taiki?"

Taiki streched his hand forward wordlessly. Nene slowly walked up and took it. Taiki led her to a cliff. From there, view was wide and beautiful. But more importantly, peaceful. Taiki turned towards Nene.

"This is the future I want for you. We'll soon have information on your brother. Then we could rescue him."

"Are you worried about Zenjiro and Akari?"

"A little. But they have their own Xros Loaders now, and their team members are pretty strong. It's you I'm worried about. Now that DarkKnightmon doesn't need you anymore, he'll dispose of you. That's why I sent my loyal Digimon to learn information from him. That way, when he starts making plans, they could weaken him by restricting power of Darkness Loader."

"Those three have a power to restrict power of Darkness Loader?" asked Nene curiously

"Yes."

"Thanks for saving me from Arkadimon back then."

"No problem. Like I said earlier, your pain is my pain."

DarkKnightmon laughed cruelly. Sparrowmon, Revolmon and Beelzebumon felt chills in their spines. His laughter was so devoid of any love.

"I'll destroy Nene soon." boasted he. "I think I'll pay a visit to little Yuu. " he stood up and left. Dorulumon leaned towards Revolmon

"Follow him."

Revolmon nodded and followed DarkKnightmon silently. DarkKnightmon unlocked a cell. Third in the row, from left, on right side of jail door, Revolmon noted.

"Hello, Yuu."

"Why are you here? " asked Yuu through sobs

"Why, to torture you, little one. My partner has abandoned me, therefore subjecting you to this. "

"It's not true! It was you, DarkKnightmon, who abandoned her!" shouted a voice. Yuu's eyes narrowed to slits. Revolmon stood at cell door, his revolver ready

"Spear of Darkness!" shouted DarkKnightmon.

"Russian Roulette!" shouted Revolmon in turn. Two attacks collided with each other. In confusion, Sparrowmon swooped in and grabbed Yuu. She helped him climb on her back. Then she flew out, unseen. After seeing this, Revolmon stopped the attack and jumped onto her back as well. Beelzebumon sprinted after them. DarkKnightmon watched them go further and further.

"We couldn't just leave him there for DarkKnightmon to torture him."

"I understand."

Taiki then noticed a familiar female figure drawing closer and closer.

"Revolmon, Sparrowmon, Shoutmon, Starmons, Beelzebumon, Monitamons, Monimon! DigiXros!... Shoutmon X9! Destroy her for good! Nene, come with me! You and me are real target! Take your brother along!

Awhile later, Taiki and Nene found another cave. The cliff it was on also had a beautiful and peaceful surrounding. Nene laid her head against Taiki's shoulder. He hugged her in return.

Taiki and Nene just stood there, enjoying the sunrise, and holding hands.
