Hello! Here's a drabble to fill in the gap of my updating with my Bleach/FFX crossover, Bleach Fantasy (feel free to check it out) deally bobber. Enjoy :)

They sat outside of the house about two silent minutes. Both of them anxious about what the other was thinking but to scared to ask or say. Toushiro stepped out of his truck and ran around to open the door for Karin. He was never scared to be a gentleman. In fact, that's what Karin liked about him. Not the fact they had been together for three months, not even the romantic night they had just had, but the fact he had no problem being what every man should be.

Toushiro and Karin walked hand in hand to the front door. It was time for the moment Toushiro hated the most: saying goodnight. Never did he like leaving Karin's side for even a minute. He knew she was the one but didn't know how to express it. Well, he did, but didn't have the nerve to say or do anything to show it.

"Well," Karin had finally said, breaking the awkward silence, "goodnight, Shiro."

Toushiro kissed her hand and smiled softly. "Goodnight, Karin."

With that, she walked inside and up to her room, smacking herself for not doing what she had wanted to all night. Toushiro did the same as he made his way back to his truck. He had stopped just outside the gate and turned to see Karin looking out her window. Why didn't he do it? If anything, tonight should have been the night.

'I should have... Why didn't I?'

Both of then mentally fought with themselves as they came to a solution. Toushiro ran up to the door while Karin ran to the same door and unlocked it, just as Toushiro was about to knock. For just a short moment, they looked deep into eachothers gaze.

"K-Karin, I-"

Before Toushiro could finish his sentence, Karin grabed Toushiro by the face and pulled him close to her, and leand in for their first kiss. She pulled back and sighed.

"I know."

Toushiro smiled and held her close as they shared yet another, passion filled kiss in her doorway. To them both, it was a perfect way to end a perfect day.
