"And who's that then," Klaus asked his younger brother talking about the girl who had just whole-heartedly rejected his company.

Kol frowned as he took a sip of his drink Klaus looking over at her and the group of friends she had come with as they laughed happy to be out it seemed.

"Bonnie Bennett," he said before finishing off his drink shaking Stefan's hand as he had just gotten there, "I work with her, and the blonde over there," he said turning back around to the bar.

"And she doesn't like you," Rebekah asked as she appeared from the ladies room with Katherine by her side both smirking considering how much of a Casanova Kol thought he was.

Kol dusted off his collar, "She says I quote, 'Irritate the crap out of her'" he said with an air quote before ordering another drink and turning back to his siblings. "She must be intimidated by strong men."

Katherine let out a hearty laugh as Elijah appeared with a bottle from the top shelf wrapping an arm around the brunette.

"So she's rejected you more than once," Elijah observed making Klaus choke on his drink as he laughed making Kol glower.

"She must have good taste," Klaus muttered under his breath choking again as Kol hit him in the chest his face in a full scowl as he looked over at Stefan who was laughing at Klaus' crack.

"Still if she wasn't interested she wouldn't be looking over here every time you turn around," Katherine said as she spotted the girl in question flipping her hair as an excuse to get a look at her brother in law.

"Really," Kol said as he turned catching Bonnie off guard her blonde friend laughing next to her from how busted she was.

Bonnie blushed as she turned back around in her chair swatting her friend for laughing, "So Caroline knew and she didn't tell me," Kol muttered eyeing the blonde with narrowed eyes.

"Caroline, lovely name," Klaus said as he smiled at the blonde in question Kol looked from his brother to the blonde drawing a finger across his neck in threat.

Caroline laughed as she shrugged mouthing, "I'm sorry," to him before Bonnie turned her head to him again to see what was happening.

Kol moved his hand into a waving motion feeling his cheeks redden under the spotlight as he turned back around in his seat feeling everyone's eyes on him.

"Is she still looking," Kol asked quietly looking over at his sister with Stefan's arm around her shoulders but facing the other way she nodded to him patting.

""Scatter," she almost shouted grabbing Stefan by the collar, "She's coming," she told him in a hushed tone and suddenly Kol felt the space around him empty and a tap on his shoulders.

"Kol," Bonnie said quietly but confidently as he turned his head looking at her from the corner of his eyes while turning around to face her copiously.

"Would you like to have drink with me," she asked her hands digging into the pockets at the back of her jeans as she did.

"Seeing as how I love you and have already named our first dog yes a drink would be great," he blurted nervously making her laugh.

She sat down next to him finding his nervousness refreshing to the suave guy from work, "What's his name then," she asked as a drink appeared to her on the bar, "Our dog," Bonnie asked.

"Jeremy," he said making her laugh and him smile when she touched his arm because the name he had chosen was of her ex.

"Elena would just love that," Bonnie said as she sipped from her straw and licked her lips dazing him for a moment.

"I love making you smile," Kol admitted as he leaned his arm on the bar happy to watch her smile at him for hours.
