He says quit-it-Laney.
And you say quit-what-Reno?
And he says you-know-what-Laney.
And you say no-I-don't-now-stop-being-weird-Reno.
He throws you that look, with his eyes piercing and his jaw clenched tight that says I'm-not-weird-weirdo and you shrug and toss your hair over one shoulder with your whatever-moron indication. It's hot today baking-boiling-sauna hot and you can't understand how Reno can just sit in that desk opposite you with that I'm-so-cool-heat-won't-affect-me smirk and shrug it off like it's freeze-your-balls-off-cold outside.
You tilt your head back and roll your shoulders a bead of sweat trickling from your temple to your chin and Reno makes that I-can't-hold-out-much-longer whine and your smile is soft and I-know-you-can't. You undo another button with oh-so-supple fingers and shake your hair from your eyes and Reno's eyes are all-you-can-eat-buffet-for-the-starving-man as he sees a sliver of that lacy bra you donned this morning all come-and-take-me-right-now while you play it just as cool as he does.
Another bead of sweat rolls down-down-down, further and further past-where-your-eyes-should-be-looking-perve right between the swells of your chest and he jumps from his chair like a circus-animal-that's-never-seen-sunlight and is all over you in seconds.
Touching-feeling-tasting, pinning you to the wall in that office, that damn office and your heart thunders against your ribs as his lips crash against yours with we-shouldn't-be-doing-this-but-don't-it-feel-great and I-can't-believe-you-held-out-so-long, his hands hot-hot-hot as he runs them down your sides, setting you alight as-if-this-heat-weren't-enough.
And you don't feel guilty in the slightest, because this-is-Reno-the-once-asshole who you don't understand completely and Tseng-who-led-me-on would get a real kick-between-the-legs if he could see this right here, right now, and--
Let's-be-honest-here.
It's boiling-hot-degrees outside, so what was the need for clothes anyway?
