Shion Uzuki couldn't believe what just happened. The moment she left her friends for him, she and Kevin were defeated by them in battle.
Suddenly, the latter is being lifted in the air, but it wasn't his own doing. It's as if he's being carried like this by force. The person who did this is behind them, but he's not a man anymore. No, he's a ghost.
"You!" Kevin exclaimed in recognition before being tossed aside to the side, sending him falling to his death.
"Kevin!" Shion cried, unable to do anything about it. That was the second time she lost the very person she loved in her life. She faced the ghost with tears on her eyes, not to mention looking enraged on what he just did. "What did you do?!"
"Saving you, that's what," the ghost of Anakin Skywalker responds in a simple tone.
Filled with rage, she attempts to attack him, but he uses the Force to stop her in her tracks before pushing her side.
"KOS-MOS, should we do something about this?" MOMO asked in worry.
"Well, um..." KOS-MOS said unsure, not to mention her eyes are blue at the time.
"Don't interfere," Anakin told them. "Let me handle her. After all, we both share the same pain."
Once Shion stands up from the ground, she attempts to shoot two energy beams at him with her M.W.S., but Anakin used his lightsaber to block them. She attempts to attack him straight on, but he dodges the attacks she made. When he tried to attack her with his lightsaber, she dodges the attacks as well. However, he found an opening to use the Force again to choke her.
"Why?" she struggled. "Why are you doing this?"
"Because it's wrong," Anakin responds calmly.
"What do you know about it?" she growled. "What do you know of the pain I felt?"
"I know because I felt the same pain," he told her additionally which surprises her. "Like you, all I wanted was to be with the person I loved. When I started to gain visions of her death in childbirth, I took a lot of risks to save her even betraying my own friends. That's what you're doing now, is it not?"
Shion looked down as she has nothing to say about this. After all, this man did the same thing she is doing right now.
"That's right. I'm here to stop you from going down the same path I did," Anakin explained some more. "Let me start off by introducing myself. I am Anakin Skywalker, but I'm also Darth Vader."
Hearing his name caused her to be surprised, and her friends have the same reaction. They never thought they are facing a well-known Jedi Knight right here in this very moment. All they know of is that he died when Order 66 occurred. What's more shocking to them is that not only he survived, but also he's Darth Vader, the Emperor's enforcer. In other words, he was a Jedi Knight turned Sith Lord.
There's no doubt about it. Also, judging by the fact that his ghost is now wearing Jedi robes, it seems he died being a hero. He died, having converted back from Sith Lord to Jedi Knight.
As a result, the prophecy of the Sith's downfall is now fulfilled.
"So you know who I am?" Anakin asked Shion, still having her in his grip. Her response is a nod, so he lets her go.
"Shion!" her friends run up to comfort her. With Kevin dead, she cannot fight back against them anymore. In other words, she's back with them.
"I hope you don't make the same mistakes I did," Anakin told her additionally before fading away.
This is one encounter they will never forget.
Author's Note: Can you believe Shion is acting like Anakin in Xenosaga Episode III, similar to what he's doing in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith? So imagine what would it be like if Anakin made an appearance as a Force ghost after the boss fight against her and Kevin.
