Very random, very meaningless drabble on "eco mechanics". Yeah, I probably won't even use this, but you, if you wanted too, could, I guess. As I said, though, this is completely meaningless and short and I have no purpose for it.
Blah.

Every eco has an opposite. A by-product is what they [Precursors] called it.

With the creation of eco, there was the cost of energy—a lot of energy. Then they modified the eco, giving it different attributes. Red, green, yellow, blue... mix them all together and you get white, a.k.a., 'Light'.

But that wasn't all. When they created an eco, there was always an "unwanted" by-product. With the creation of Light eco came something they called Dark eco, or, to be politically correct, Anti-Light eco. And by splitting, Anti-light eco into its separate parts, you got Anti-Red, Anti-Green, Anti-Yellow and Anti-Blue.

The Anti-ecos were difficult to control, and destructive and corrosive to regular ecos and eco-beings (such as Precursors and Precursor-created creatures and life forms)... when eco of a specific type came into contact with anti-eco, they cancelled each other out, or, more accurately, Anti-eco absorbs regular eco.

Anti-eco and eco can, however, under very specific and controlled circumstances, be mixed together to form a balanced form of eco know as Demi-eco, or, half eco. This Demi-Light eco is how it is possible for beings like Jak, Light and Dark eco blended, to exist.

The Dark eco originally eroded his former abilities because it was administered in the harsh energy form, and was therefore cancelling, or more accurately, Absorbing, his former ecos.
