This is just a random fluff that I wrote because I drew Dark's hair too short. Maybe someone will like it?

Disclaimer: I do not own DNAngel, perhaps this is proof why it should stay that way.

"Dark's hair is much too long, Daisuke." remarked Daisuke's mother casually as he came in the door. It is not! exclaimed Dark. "We're going to the barber." she continued. Nonononono. Daisuke ignored Dark. This would be the perfect way to punish him.

"Okay!" he responded brightly.

I hate you. Daisuke left for the barber's. It was about a 10 minute walk from his house.

You don't have to listen to her Daisuke. Dark wheedled.

"Yeah, I kinda do." Dark tried another tack. Daisuke, you turn around RIGHT NOW. It was too late, they were at the barber's.

Nonononono. As Daisuke walked into the shop, Dark got an idea. Wait, Daisuke! We can't change in front of a barber! How would we explain that?

"Hello Daisuke." said Daisuke's grandfather.

"What are you doing here, grandpa?" asked Daisuke.

"I've decided to become a barber." he replied simply. "Now come sit in the firetruck chair."

It's bad enough that I have to get my hair cut, but the FIRETRUCK CHAIR? How old are you? Daisuke sat in the chair. His grandfather strapped him into it. Dark managed to take control at last.

"I don't want to get my hair cut!" Daisuke's grandfather quickly snipped off the hair on the left side of Dark's head. Before he could get to the right side, however, Dark finally managed to unclip the belt. He leapt from the chair.

"No one puts Dark in the firetruck chair! I'm leaving!"

But Mom told you to get a haircut.

"I'M A PHANTOM THIEF! I DON'T NEED A HAIRCUT! THIS HAIR IS WHAT ATTRACTS THE LADIES! AND NOW IT'S HALF GONE! THIS WILL TAKE FOREVER TO GROW BACK! I CAN'T STEAL THINGS LOOKING LIKE THIS! WHAT WILL THE HEADLINES BE "PHANTOM THIEF GETS A STUPID HAIRCUT, COULDN'T STEAL BECAUSE PEOPLE WERE LAUGHING AT HIM"!" Dark raged. Daisuke's grandfather pulled out a picture of Risa, and Dark continued to rage inside Daisuke's head. AND WHEN WE GET HOME YOU'LL BE SORRY DAISUKE!
