A story like this has been in the works for a very long time for me, I've been wanting to do a full AC story, FOREVER.

For those of you who don't know me, I'm chinqs and I am a two or so year veteran on FF. I love writing, and aspire to be an author, playwrite or movie writer when I grow up.

Now this chapter is just a small teaser, it takes a while to put together a complex story like this, but review to tell me what you think of the concept! Thanks a bunch!

Date: September 1st 2012, 16:20 hrs

Location: Hidden

Alex sighed, running his hand through his hair. His wrist itched where he had just taken off his hidden blade. "How did things get so fucked up?" he thought to himself. He put his feet up onto the makeshift coffee table that lay in front of him and sunk into the dirty couch he was sitting on.

"You know, your dad always said that telling your story could help relieve you a bit. We have some time, tell it to me."

Laurel came up from behind Alex and sat down beside him, with a mug in her hand. After two years as a team, he and Laurel were like siblings, able to tell each other anything. She was always there when he needed it.

"Here, use this. Record it for the records when you become super famous and stuff," she said, handing Alex a recorder. Alex stared at her, then wordlessly grabbed the recorder out of her hands and stared at it.

"Where do I start?"

"From the beginning, the day it happened."

Alex sighed, turned on the recorder and began to speak:

"June 8th 2008. The day my life changed forever.

Things were a lot simpler back then, I guess, but in retrospect, everything looks simpler when you're younger. Oh, how the times have changed. But to fully understand what I've been through, what my country has been through, what WE have been through, I have to start from the beginning.

I was born in Guelph, Ontario, on March 5th 1991, to Richard Lee and May Nakanasa, meaning 'the first one'.

My name is Alex Lee-Nakanasa, and I am an Assassin." Alex began.

Laurel burst out laughing, tears streaming down her face.

"What?" Alex asked, scowling at his partner.

"That was so lame."
