This isn't what the stories say
They say that goodness always overcomes
They say that goodness guides the way.
I hear when you fight for someone
You always win
I hear when you live for someone
You'll always survive
So how is it you were defeated?
How is died?
I thought that love overcame all
And that all was love
I heard that love would always survive
Push when it was shoved.
So how is it you left me
How is it you died in vain?
All I have is this stone now
All I have is my shame.
You said you'd always protect me
You said you'd always serve
You said that you'd be by my side
You told me that you'd be there eternally
I'd never have to hide
Now your gone into the darkness
Disappeared into the night
I can't see what's right anymore
I can't see your light
I shouldn't have to cry
This one my face...
These should have never come, these tears
But now its empty, by my side, you're place
I'm swallowed by my fears...
The night has come again my love
I don't know what to do.
Everything you gave up for this
It has all been in vain
You're sacrificed was meaningless
I promise you vengeance
As I chase you're slayer
I promise you, you'll see him burn
The together we will be together
Together we will learn
Of love and sacrifice, forever

Sorry!! I know!! That was horrible! Truly horrible! I haven't written poetry in so long, and this is my first fan-poem.
