Taiora: A Winter Snow

Sora sat on a park bench as she stared down the street at the subway entrance. She could hear the train screech to a stop, and watched as people flooded out of the underground entrance. Most carried umbrellas, protecting themselves from the snow. The white flakes were falling heavy, covering the city in a innocent looking blanket.

She watched as people walked past her laughing, talking about how pretty the weather was. Sora huffed, reaching into her pocket she pulled out her cell phone. Matt had sent her a message asking her to meet him at his place whenever she got the chance.

She scrolled down through the messages, and looked at the message Tai sent her. Only three minutes before Matt sent her his.

She kept re-reading the message.

"Stupid Tai." She thought slamming the phone shut and shoving it back into her coat pocket. The auburn haired girl lowered her head into her coat, attempting to block the wind from attacking her face. "It's getting cold." She looked at the subway entrance again. It would be warm in there, and if not Matt's place would definitely be cozy.

Sora thought about just texting Tai, telling him that she couldn't wait any longer. She began to draw circles in the snow that covered the bench. However her goggle headed friend said it was urgent. She sighed and drew spiky hair on one of the circles, next she gave it a face. Sora giggled at her little drawing of Tai.

If Tai said it was urgent, that he had to talk to her tonight, she would wait for him.

She would however give him a nice snowball to the face for making her wait in this cold.

"Sora!"

The girl turned her head, upon hearing her name being shouted. Slowly she was able to make out a spiky headed figure running, through the snow.

Sora smiled, Tai never did let her down, she raised her hand and began waving it. While her other hand was busy gathering snow that had fallen on the bench, forming it into a nice round ball.
