Jack stands at the wheel, eyes on the water. He knows Will is watching him,
but he never moves, never acknowledges his presence until he feels strong
arms around his waist and a chin on his shoulder. He leans slightly into
the touch, but says nothing.
The silence isn't deafening, not smothering or uncomfortable; but it is there, and Jack wants it to stop.
"We could fall in love, ye know? Sail the seas togetha' 'n' get a crew and become famous fer what we do. Of course, this is all after we rescue yer bonny lass." He murmured to Will.
"Let's not." Will replied after a while
Jack cocked his head and smiled. "Okay."
The pair continued to stand together, admiring the sun on the water.
