This story is the world meetings of Hetalia, but instead of the country's, it's the capitals! Enjoy~

Berlin sat back in her chair angrily, it was happing again. All of the capitals were fighting again...

First there was London and Paris, who were fighting over their hair, and who had sexier hair. *sigh*

Then of course was Budapest and Bucharest who were just glaring daggers at each other, but Budapest also had a frying pan with him... He defiantly took after Hungary…

And Washington was being as loud and annoying as ever...Yelling at the top of his lungs, probably trying to get London's attention...

Canberra was behaving herself for once and not annoying London or Stockholm, or running around with Sealand atop her shoulders.

Stockholm was just sitting next to Helsinki, but as always Copenhagen wouldn't stop annoying her.

And besides that Copenhagen was also annoying Oslo, but he had seemed to ignore him and continued his conversation with his younger brother, Reykjavik.

Berlin was going red with anger as Rome decided to annoy her, and Tokyo just sat down patiently beside her, looking only the slightest bit annoyed.

Athens and Ankara watched with fascination as Tokyo got angry, seeing as she was calm and quiet most of the time.

And as everyone else was either arguing with or ignoring someone, Berlin was getting angrier and angrier until the one last straw came.

And that last straw was Naples, as he started yelling at Berlin for corrupting his poor younger brother's mind.

Then Berlin snapped.

"That's enough, all of you! This conference is to resolve problems, so why are we creating more?! As it stands we're repeating the 'Dancing Congress'!

We should calm down and discuss these matters. If you want to say something, first show clear and accurate data! And then talk! You all have 8 minutes

To talk. That's a strict rule! There will be no exceeding the time limit and no chit-chatting! Now, if you want to go first, make sure you're prepared and raise your hand."

Rome silently raised his hand. "Okay, then, I'll cede the floor to you, Rome!" Rome happily smiled, closed his eyes then yelled... "PASTAAA!"

End of chapter 1~ Also, you know the little speech that Berlin makes? Yeah, I don't own that either, I copied it from the first episode of Hetalia.
