So I looked up Welcome to my life by Simple Plan and Here I Am by April Sixth then and a bunch of other sad songs for Naruto on youtube and it made me cry so I made this enjoy!
I decided to make it a birthday fic because it is only a week till my birthday.

A/N so sorry I copied the wrong part for the middle and I couldn't find the correct one so I had to rewrite it hope you like it.
Konaha was having its annual Oct 10th celebration for the kyuubi's death.
In a small apartment on the bad side of town a small boy made sure that all the doors were locked so that no one could get in
Sadly though the four-year old couldn't barricade the window in the bathroom for it was to high for him.
The boy laid under his bed hoping the bad people didn't get into his room they always hurt him before and now that he has his own apartment he didn't want them to get him kicked out.
A loud bang came from the boys bathroom and a second later three men walked into his room and started to destroy all the stuff the hokage had given him.
A few minutes later they left leaving his things broken. he was in tears, his jiji gave him this stuff when he was kicked out of the orphanage.
He was startled when someone grabbed his arm and threw him into the wall. He was about to yell out when he remembered that even if he did no one would come help him.
After a thoro beating from the three men who destroyed his apartment the boy curled into a ball and he heard the head man sneer and say "happy birthday demon" then everything went black.
Seven year old Naruto woke up suddenly and sat up in his bed he was soaked in sweat.
His dream fading as he looked around the room, at the worn chair that sat in the corner and the scrolls from the academy scattered on the floor from his studying the night before some ramen cups and chop sticks scattered here and there on his floor and the table next to his chair.
Once the dream was gone Naruto lay down once more and hugged his knees to his chest and whispered "happy birthday Naruto" as he fell back into a restless sleep wishing for things to change.
