He sighed, as he looked around the empty apartent. He had moved everything out already and had already signed everything and dealt with the landlord. Doing a finally sweep with his eyes, he sighed again before turning and walking out the door. He looked it up, before turning away and going to the stairs that would lead him downt to the main lobby where his landlord was probably waiting for him.

Finally reaching the ground floor, he smiled down at sweet old Mrs. Astin. She smiled wide up at him as he aproached her and a young couple. The one's who were probably going to be moving into his old place.

"Ah, here he is. Sweet heart come and meet the Abel's, this is Bill and Sam," She said point to the young male, then his blushing bride. "They'll be moving into your old place. Excuse me folks, I'm just gonna walk my fella out to his truck." She smiled wide at the couple before taking the older man's offered arm. He held the dorr as they walked out side, and were silent till they reached his beat up old truck.

"Now Sweet pea, anytime you want to come back, ya know all ya gotta do is ask and I'll find ya a spot in this old place," she smiled wide up at him. He would miss the sweet old lady, who never asked questions about his odd hours and twice a week brought him a home cooked meal. "An' call when you get where your goin'. I don' wanna worry of you too much now. You hear me young man?" her eyes twinkled as she spoke, and her smile never left her face.

"Yes ma'am, I will. Now you get any trouble you call me? Alright?" He grinned down at her, before scooping her up into a tight hug. As they pulled he slipped the keys into her hands, frowning on the inside as he watched her eyes well up with tears. He would miss his grandmotherly landlord. But he know it was time to move on from this place, he need a new setting for now.

"You're such a good boy Tony. I'ma miss ya 'round here. Now, don' have too much fun with your lady friends in Baltimore, you got me?" She brought his face down and kissed both his cheeks, before steping back and wiping at her tears, that had slipped out before she could stop them.

"And you take care Mrs. Astin. I'll come back to visit some time, if I can." He quickly pulled her into a hug and kissed her cheek before pulling away and turning and climbing into his truck. He started it up, waving one last time before pulling out of the parking lot to the place he had called home for the last 2 years.

He took one last look in the review mirrow, before sighing and looking ahead. Mrs. Astin had been the closets thing he had come to family in years, and it hurt to move on from her, but he just couldn't handle here anymore. Sighing, just as before he know the next place wouldn't last long either. As he drove, he wonder if he would ever find his true home, or a place he really belonged.....
