Welcome all duelists! My name is Halcyon151, a player born amidst the merciless competition of the school playground, and forged within the unrelenting intensity of the now-abandoned servers of Dueling Network. This is my first time on this site, and I come forth today to extend an invitation to the good people of Fanfiction.
Basically, I'm hoping we can build a deck completely from scratch together as a community. This deck will then be used in the duels that take place throughout the story. We'll do this card by card, with each person submitting a card of their choice.

Easy enough, right? This can be any card, from Dark Magician to Utopia, and I'm looking for as much variety as possible, with Monsters, Spells, Traps, Synchro, Xyz, etc. Forbidden cards are allowed, as are cards exclusive to anime or manga, so just name your favourite card or pretty much any card you want to see in action. If you want, you can even make your own card, with the necessary details (card type, effect, attribute) in place. Pure randomness is encouraged. The only cards I'm not accepting are Pendulum Cards (sorry, dont dig the mechanic heheh).
The story will be slightly less focused upon a long, drawn out plot and instead on a short series of fun duels designed to bring out the weird, chaotic nature of the submissions. The goal is, ultimately, just to have some good old-fashioned fun, kind of like those desperate decks we all started out with as kids.
(P.S. This is just a neat little concept I came up with, if it's offensive or violates the FanFiction code of conduct in any way, please let me know, and I'll take it down immediately)
