Entertainment and Energon Intro:

Hello, I'm D.C. and thanks for looking into this fanfiction. It's my first transformers work, so please be kind. Now before you read, I feel like you need to know some things about this story. First of all, this isn't fast paced and the focus will largely be on Cybertronian culture, more specifically: Highgrade. It's a story about the backstage political struggle that continues day after day on a Cybertron that avoided the Civil War, rather than the brief bursts of combat seen in a physical war. There will be many original characters, but none of them are Mary Sues and I will use our favorite G1 bots as often as I can. Unless you're familiar with French I'll assume that some name pronunciations will be difficult (I really don't like the French language). Here I'll show you how to say the names of some important characters while at the end of every chapter I'll add a small vocabulary list to help you if you need it.

If you have a question about what's going on, or if you feel like something flew right over your head, don't worry I probably forgot to include some info and will fix it as soon as I'm able. I may also fail to accurately portray a character, tell me if that's the case. My goal is to update every week with a minimum of five thousand words unless some issues arise. I'll try to keep the updates on Sundays but the editing may take a little longer. Also if anyone is interested in helping me edit this fanfic, send me a note & I'll send you a copy for you to mark up.

One more thing, this story may rise in rating, I'm not sure how it'll turn out yet, and I have listed a few warnings for your convenience.

Château- (Sha-toe) Ratchet's Carrier

Merlot- (Mer-low) Liquor's former assistant

Warnings (Again I'll add more later):

There will be light Robot Slash as well as "Normal" femme/mech relationships

Violence will be inevitable

Many Decepticon's won't be completely evil. (They'll have back stories)

Robotic Alcohol & drug usage

This will take place in an Alternate Universe
