Some people say that family is everything and I have to say I agree… Jane Howard once said, "Call it a clan, call it a network, call it a tribe, call it A FAMILY. Whatever you call it whoever you are, you need one."
"Bella, Rica," My mother, Renee, said for the thousand time. "You, girls, don't have to do this"
My sister, Bella, and I are going live with our dad, Charlie, in forks, Washington since our mom remarried and wants to travel with our step-father, Phil, whose a minor league baseball player.
"I want to go," Bella lied she had never been a good liar but she has been saying this for the past few weeks that my mom believes it now.
My mom sighed and turned to me. "Rica?"
"Now mom, you know I go where Bells goes and I want to see dad. I've missed him; phone calls just aren't the same." I told her in a stern voice.
It has been so long since I last saw my dad and I have been looking forward to this for weeks. My dad and me have always been close and he always been there when I need him, I can tell him anything. My dad is my best friend.
"Tell Charlie I said hi,"
"We will, I love you," I promised hugging her tightly before letting her go.
"I'll see you soon," she insisted. "You guys can come home whenever you want- I'll come right back as soon as you need me."
"Don't worry about me," Bella urged. "I have Rica with me, it'll be great. I love you mom."
Bella and mom hugged tightly and then we boarded the plane and we were gone.
Watch out forks here comes Ulrica Crimson Swan.
