Can Biff Be A Secret Agent?
What if Buford's pet goldfish Biff is a secret agent?
Announcer: And now our feature presentation!
Buford: Hey, It's not loud enough. Go tell them to turn up the movie.
Baljeet: Okay. By the way Buford, where's your pet goldfish Biff? I thought you were bringing him to the movies.
Buford: Well, since this movie has sharks in it I do not want to scare him. Now go tell them to turn up the movie!
Baljeet: Alright.
At O.W.C.A. Major Monogram, with Carl, tells Agent Biff that the reason they are meeting at the agency sauna is so that no one will overhear him giving Agent Biff his mission about Tommy the Shark.
Monogram: Tommy the Shark is planning to eat all of the fish in the sea.
Carl then tells Agent Biff to go undercover as a shark so Tommy wouldn't recognize him.
Perry: (Chatters)
Monogram: Oh Agent P! Didn't see you there. So how are Phineas and Ferb?
(A few minutes later)
Baljeet: Better?
Buford: Yeah, but I could really use some popcorn.
(Five minutes later.)
Buford: Now I'm thirsty. Get me a soda.
Baljeet: Ugh.
(Meanwhile)
Tommy the Shark spots Agent Biff wearing a shark costume heading towards him. He quickly puts all the fish in his swimming pool and then puts a lock on it.
When Agent Biff approaches Tommy the Shark, Tommy takes off Biff's shark costume, then shows him his evil plans on a drawing board.
(Five minutes later)
Baljeet: I hope that's it.
Buford: Shh!
(Meanwhile, back in the movie..)
Doofenshmirtz: Oh Mrs. Charlene, please come back. I love you!
Baljeet: So who is that pharmacist? And why is he chasing her?
Buford: Maybe if you sat still and watched the movie you'd know!
(Back at Tommy's place)
Tommy bets Agent Biff that if he can guess the right code for his lock he will release all the fish. But Agent Biff jumps onto the lock and breaks it and sets all the fish free.
