THE IMPECCABLE BARBER AND THE GIDDY BAKER

the bell rings signaling a guest,

a smirk crosses the barber's face as he straightens his vest,

he offers the gentleman i seat,

then silently moves his feet,

towards the young man in the chair, his prey,

the man looks up into the barbers eyes and sees nothing but endless gray,

the barber talks to his blades and calls them his friends,

unknown to the man they will be his untimely end,

the barber places the blade to the man's throat and with one smooth slash,

crimson flys fourth and the man's face turns to ash,

the barber takes a minute to stare at the blood,

then steps on the peddle and smiles at the thud,

the piemaker below below hears the the thud and hurries to see,

just who the unlucky gentleman might be,

she smiles as she sees the buggar lying there,

blood on his coat, crimson in his hair,

"it's a shame" she says "that he 'ad to die"

"but" she says with a smirk "he'll make an aful nice pie"!
