Change

The clouds were once again dark… Not letting any of the suns brightness shine upon the world.

The buildings… were all destroyed… having nothing but smoke coming out of it.

The city… No, rather the anywhere in the world was all extinguished, broken, impair. Nothing was whole anymore.

Trash was everywhere the eye could see, scattered in an unbewildering way. Thje oceans, the rivers, the lakes, were all ruined, nothing was the same anymore.

Every day, or somewhat every hour, a civilian of innocence died from hunger, some from lack of sleep, others from illness, and most… from suicide, of giving up in wretched wretched world.

And all this, was of simply of one person's existence being gone. That's right, everything changed so differently because of one person.

One extremely very important person that only some knew and actually bothered to care for.

One person who used to keep everything in balance, but now she was gone.

Vanished, disappeared… abscond, from the face of the earth.

The world was so awful, atrocious to be exact, all because she was gone. There was only one place in the world that was as peaceful mas they days when she was still here, and that place was hidden well, in a small island, that could only be found, by the sound of her voice in your heart.

A T.V turned on from a dark opaque room, showing a reporter in an unpleasant place, behind her showed villains fighting, people stealing, and kids hurting each other.

It wasn't surprising that the reporter wasn't getting hurt from the villains and other people, because people now tend to only look out for themselves.

There was a billboard that confirmed of the place the reporter was in, but some of the letters had been ruined. There was an M-D-L-E-T and an N that could only be seen. It used to say MIDDLETON, but it wasn't the name of the city anymore, but the people watching the T.V knew, it was a very unforgetful place, since she was born there.

The reporter started to speak, ignoring the chaos behind her, "it has almost been five years since the incident happened, where we all thought we would be safe from world devastation, but we were wrong, and we didn't know what was to have come after her death…"

The television flashed and turned off, leaving nothing in the room but darkness, until a decrepit light engulfed part of the darkness.

"I can't believe it's almost been five years since we saw her," a girl with brown eyes and black long hair said.

"Yeah, no one knew what would happen after the mission, and how greatly the world was effected without her existence," a blonde boy said.

"But now, it's finally complete, we can finally try to get things back to how they use to be, or even better, we might be able to make the world change for the best," a guy with black and darker skin said, "all we have to do now, is figure out who should go…"

A/N: And that is chapter one, I wanted to make it dramatic, and the next chapter might be out next week. Who can guess what is finally complete, here's a hint, it's a machine.
