The music poured through the speakers
and we were losing ourselves in the cadence. She looked down momentarily and closed her eyes
for a bit longer than a standard blink. Then she was crying. Then she was shouting.
Then I was shouting; now pouring confessions, having no answers, or solutions,
we barely even knew the questions.

The night was cold and wet it was the worst storm metropolis had seen in a century. The view from the bridge was amazing; at 50 feet you could see the entire city from it. The lights from the car shimmered below like a sea of colour. The bridge was quiet and serene when standing there right at this instance but there was nothing serene about this situation. It shouldn't have come to this but I did. He couldn't understand the force that was driving him to hurt the people he loved the most...and yet here it stood, his best friend was now hospitalized and he was dangling his girlfriend off a bridge by her ankle. Things weren't going right for him this days and it all began with her, what she could do, how she affected him and basically took over his entire essence. He looked into the face of the person he loved most in the world; she may have been crying it was hard to tell with the way the rain lashed down. But he saw it in her eyes...the fear...the pain.....the sadness. "Warren" she whispered "please don't do this". His voice betrayed his true feelings "I am sorry...this is what best for you, for me, for us.....i love you" she began to cry again and she whispered "i Know".

Then he let go of her Ankle.
