Akito sat quietly on the park bench, as he surveyed the park and the people within. He watches as a small family passes by, a tall older man, a thin woman, which Akito presumes is that man's wife, and a small child, very young, and quite petite compared to her parents. They don't seem to notice his steady gaze. However, the young girl does. She stops, meeting his gaze, they stay like that for a few moments.

"Clara," they call.

She nods at her parents, and leaves, she giving him a simple, passing glance, she then runs off to the city.

Akito releases a puff of air, and stands up. A simple task, but Akito can't help but think it to be a much more harder task, with the following eyes of disapproving Europeans, and the looks of a few disgusted Britannians, he was an eleven, nothing could be helped.

After all, nothing could change that, the fact that he is an eleven, and the fact that he joined the European Union's military. As the people could care less for the amount of casualties, as long as they were elevens.

As he heard Former Commander Anou say, "...The elevens are a nation full of people who love to die! Who cares about them?!"

He laughs. That fact might as well be true, for him anyway.

After a day full of work, at sunset, Leila decides to take a walk to the park for the time being, as she walks, her thoughts begins to wander, on her family, on her past, on her life.

And she watches through the corner of her eye, a small happy family, a family of three, the young couple and their small child. A young girl, at least the age of nine. She happily holds her parents hands and jumps up and down joyfully.

It was something Leila wishes she had, loving parents. The Malkal Family, whom she was indebted too, they were kind enough to adopt her, but they weren't family.

But, sometimes Leila would try to remember every second with her birth parents, perhaps if she could remember would it be any different?

Leila sighs, before she then pulls her eyes off the family, walking forward, she then runs into someone, looking up quickly, it was Lieutenant Hyuga, what was he doing here?

"Sorry, I wasn't paying attention," Leila apologies to the blue haired Lieutenant.

He nods stiffly, before shifting his eyes to the left. Leila follows his eyes, and sees he is watching the small family she had seen earlier.

Leila then remembers, Akito has no family, no record of parents, siblings, or other relatives. Leila wonders if he is the same as her, wanting to remember a family. She quickly brushes the thought away.

Family.

A/N: Just another edit, I tried to make it flow better so yeah.
