Disclaimer: I do not own Glee, because if I did, this would've happened ages ago.

"Are you sure you want to do this?"

"Positive. Give me a time and place and I'll be there."

"Wait a second. You want me to plan your proposal? Blaine, I can't do that."

"Fine, then. Just… give me a deadline. If I haven't done it by whenever, you might as well just tell him anyways."

He hears a sigh. "Saturday night."

He pauses. "You mean this Saturday? The day after tomorrow?"

"That's the one. If you don't do it now, who knows how long you'll hold it off? And, this is Kurt we're talking about. He loves you. It won't matter what you do. He's still going to love it."

He smiles into the phone. "Thanks, Rachel."

"No problem, Blaine, but after this is over, I'm telling everyone you thought I would plan your proposal for you. Seriously though, you thought I would do that? You thought anyone would do that? We all love you, Blaine, but this has to be your idea."

He sighs. "I'll see you later."

"I'll see you, Blaine."

"Where are we going?"

"We'll be there in just a couple minutes. Relax."

"Blaine, what's going on? Why won't you tell me where we're going?"

"What? I'm not allowed to surprise you?"

He hears Kurt sigh from the passenger seat.

"You'll love it. And that's a promise," he says, reaching over, and covering Kurt's hand with his own.

"Why are we at Dalton?"

"I wanted to come back and visit. Is there a problem with that?"

"Well, no…it's just…why now?"

"Kurt," he says, turning around. "No more questions. I promise you'll find out what's going on. Just…just give me a minute, okay?"

It's not long before they've reached the staircase.

"Blaine, seriously…where are you taking me?"

"Right here."

"The middle of the staircase?"

"Exactly. You've been asking me questions all day, and now it's my turn."

"Blaine, I don't—"

"Kurt Hummel," he says, getting down on one knee. "Will you marry me?" he asks, carefully pulling the ring box out of his pocket, mentally cursing himself for not using the speech he had planned.

He smiles as he sees Kurt nod vigorously. "Yes," he says, kissing Blaine passionately.

"I love you so much."

"I love you too."

"Aren't you glad you waited? I told you that you would like it."
